Hi! I’m Margaret — certified personal trainer, content creator, ring announcer, and lover of all things movement and mindset. I’m super passionate about creating workouts that make people feel good — not just physically, but mentally too.

I’m the founder of SWEAT ENRGY, a fitness app that’s all about movement for your mood and body. It’s full of fun, effective workouts, recipes, and challenges to help you feel strong from the inside out. In addition im a 1:1 coach, offering customized meal plans, workout programs & weekly check-ins.

Im also launching a new series called SWEAT ON SET, where I mic up with guests for workouts and real conversations. It’s a podcast you can workout alongside us!

You might’ve seen me in the ring as I’m a professional boxing ring announcer or maybe on-camera on NESN’s Meet Boston with Billy & Jenny or Dirty Water TV. Wherever I show up, my goal is the same: make people feel good.

The name @sovigor comes from the word vigor — strength, health, good energy. That’s what I hope to build every day. The community I’m creating means the world to me, because I see that same fire and drive in all of you.
